My 3 yrs old daughter have 103f fever. kindly give me suggestion to quickly bring down her fever in the night. Because no dr available since morning

Do sponging of body with lukewarm water  Give Ibugesic syrup 3.5ml per dose max every 6 hours. Please meet a pediatrician. You can visit a hospital where pediatricians are available at all times.

Hi , paracetamol to be given according to her weight . 15mg/ kg . And tepid sponging with warm water will Help
