High fever
I have fever for last 10 days. Consulted two doctors. They have diagnosed acute throat infection but as such there is no pain, cough in throat. First Doctor has given NOVACLAV 625 and paracetamol. There was no relief in fever and it was going higher to 104.
Then consulted second doctor. He changed antibiotic to DOXCEF -O and paracetamol and mefenamic acid.i have taken three doses of this antibiotic till now. Though fever came down but again it rising to 101 after 6 to 7 hours.
Please guide me.

Need to rule out the other pathology also..get test for typhoid and malaria, urinary tract infection.... details assessment and local examination is required for diagnosis..
