Fever from last 4 days ,shoots upto 104 + at night , taking mefkind ,crocin (during high fever ) and ceftas from 3 days .done CBC , report attached , kindly advice .

If ur fever has come down then it's safe to continue these tablets and to complete the antibiotic course...
Next Steps
check ur CBC again if fever persists as platelets might go down in severe viral infections like dengue
