High fever and throat pain
My Brother is suffering from fever since a couple of days. His fever is between 102-103 °C. He is feeling pain in throat. I had been given dolo 650mg and cefix 200 tablet morning and evening time. But the fever still continues. Pls suggest me some advice regarding this fever.

Tab crocin (1-1-1-1)3days after food. Tab azee250(1-0-0)5days before food. Tab pan d40(1-0-1)before food 1 week. Tab a-z(1-0-0)7days after food.

Fever and sore throat can be due to many reasons, can you elaborate other associated symptoms.
