High fever 104 to my son aged 13 ,has decreased to101 after giving dolo 650.

You can give paracetamol 500 mg and tepid sponging every 4_6 hrs if there is fever. If child is having severe throat pain, cough,rash or other symptoms, please consult your doctor. Otherwise plenty of fluids, rest and paracetamol will do
