Hi my baby is having high fever around 101.4 101.8 like this, and after taking calpol 250 mg, fever came back in 3 4 hours
Can i give IMOL syrup to baby he is 2.7 years and weight is 12.3 kg
Is IMOL safe syrup. Please help

PCM syp can be repeated 4 hrly

In case if fever doesn't come down after an hour of taking PCM ... u can give syp meftal(100mg/5ml) 2.5 ml & can be repeated 8 hrly

Calpol 250mg can be given at gap of 6 hours only.
Inbetween fever comes then can give Meftal P, 6ml sos
