I had a regular checkup and reports says that I am having higher cholestrol levels. My levels are Cholesterol - 226 TRIGLYCERIDES - 281 SR.HDL - 33 SR.LDL 136.8 T.C/HDL 6.85 LDL/HDL 4.15

Hi dear, cholesterol level rises due to stressful lifestyle and bad diet. If your diet is high in process and packed food, then your cholesterol. You stop consuming refined bakery products like breads, cakes, pastries, fatty food like cheese,  butter and cream. Also increase more of raw vegetables and fruits in diet. Include fresh fish like salmon and tuna. Have well balance diet along with exercise atleast 45-60 mins daily.
