High creatinine went to 5.5

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My father is 56 yrs. All of sudden his creatinine went to 5.5. He is not alcoholic. We are treating him since last 1 week at good hospital in mumbai. But no improvement. Please help and suggest some proper solution.

There are always some cause for acute renal dysfunction(with in 1 week). Infection,dehydration,drug reaction,high or very low blood pressure , acute trauma are few causes. Consult a nephrologist to clinically investigate and treat both cause and harmful effects of renal dysfunction
