  4. High cholestrol. And start my medicine?

Hello sir/ma'am I'm a mother of an 8 month old baby and she is on breastfeed and I've familial hypercholesterolemia and my total cholesterol is 388 but triglycerides are normal it's 146/150 But ldl level is high, so can I continue breastfeeding or stop it and start my medicine?
