High Cholestrol & Fatty Liver
I am suffering from High cholestrol since last couple of years but it was bordeline high. But during recent test, cholestrol readings were very high. I also have Fattly liver as per ultrasound report. Please advise No other health issue like diabetes, BP, etc

:- Do not drink alcohol. :- eat two kali of lehsun in morning empty stomach. :- Do not eat fried and spicy and non veg food. :- eat simple stay healthy. You cholesterol level is not too much high it can be control by diet change. Even then you want a medicine for high cholesterol the take this medicine for one month only :- Arjun arisht ( 3 table spoon arjun arisht mix with 3 table spoon with water and drink it once in a day after breakfast). First conrole your cholesterol after that you can start medicine for fatty liver
