Cholesterol is made by body and recent researches show it doesn't harm. It shouldn't be reduced but should be properly channelised and utilised in the body. Imbalance in metabolism needs to be corrected and Homoeopathic  is the best treatment for same.      It's essential  that you avoid junk food and follow a good lifestyle with minimum 30 mins of walking or Yoga.
