I have high bp taking metoprolol 25 morning and amlodipine 5 around 3pm. My bp morning average reading 120/90 after metoprolol it is 115 /85 . Evening my bp raised to 130/95 plus . After taking amlodipine 5 also my diastolic value more than 90 my systolic comes to 120. I am taking divya mukta vati one tab at 6.30 pm . Still my diastolic always 90 or 90 above. With more diastolic I am facing dizziness and palpitations and tightness in right hand chest side. I did all tests ecg 2d ECHO blood brain mri all are normal
. My bp mainly raising in evening may be work pressure what is dosage of divya mukta vati can I take. Because with divya mukta vati my symptoms are some better compare to amlodipine. remember if I take any high dose of allopathic or ayurvedic my systolic will go below 110. So my main problem need to control diastolic value. I am doing very less salt diet and 1 hour walking but no use.

Divya mukta vati is not the only remedy for this problem. Before patanjali divya mukta vati was also diagnosed and treated with Ayurveda classical medicines.

Controlling diastolic blood pressure involves lifestyle changes and in some cases, medication.
Moreover the Proper Diet, regular exercise, managing stress, maintaining weight will help.
But Always consult with an expert before making any significant changes to your lifestyle or starting new medications.
It is important that you understand that your high blood pressure is just a symptom and not a disease by itself. What you are trying to do is to find a solution of just addressing the symptom and control the disease , which is a wrong approach, this itself is the reason that despite taking allopathic and ayurvedic medications, your diastolic is not coming under control. No matter how much mukta vati you take, the problem will keep continuing unless you address the root cause. Diastolic blood pressure is the minimum pressure exerted by the blood when the heart is in a state of rest between two heart beats, which in your case is high. One of the major factors for this is dysfunctional body stress response or overactive sympathetic response. To address this you can use the rebalancing techniques mentioned in HAIP DIET that will help in making the body handle stress better without affecting it's natural state of health. Also you need to find the root cause of this symptom. To start with I would advise practising the rebalancing techniques twice in a day and follow HAIP DIET that will help in creating health.
Yes you can take mukta vati . If your reports are normal and you don’t have any other symptoms then I don’t think you should check your blood pressure 2 to 3 time a day. It’s quite normal to little rise up blood pressure in evening because of hight sodium levels . Go for a proper diet and exercise with adequate sleep .
From how long time period you are taking Mukta vati. Because ek din min allopathy se bp down to aa sakta ha but Mukta vati se Bp down lane main 4 to 5 days lag jate ha.

Stress is one factor for fluctuating bp, other is food habit, timings and lifestyle. A good quality sleep is required. Regular and healthy hunger, digestion and bowel movements are also important. For these, Ayurvedic regimens and medicines will be helpful, but not merely a tablet as you mentioned.

It is normal to get high BP readings in the evening. Do not panic in that situation instead try to keep yourself relaxed and do some breathing exercises
Also, start with taking 1 tab of Mukta vati in evening and 1 at evening. Regulate the symptoms and then if needed change the composition after consultation.
Next Steps
go for some underlying tests like lipid profile and LFT
Health Tips
be cautious with your diet and introduce 15 minutes Yoga and breathing exercise in your 1 hour walk routine
