High bp issue
From last 4-5 days my mother is facing high blood pressure suddenly goes to 173/91 and in some time comes to 153/80 . She is already taking telmekind ct40 tab and now from 2days she is also taking cilacar 5 tablet. She feels very deziness, headech, some time chest pain, she dont feel normal like she was before . Is this serious heart issue?? she is taking temlikind ct40 from 5years .

BP will get controlled as she has started on T.CILACAR 5 mg recently.wait for a few days ,for the drugs to start its effects..
Kindly adhere to dietary advices like salt reduction,avoiding fried foods/readymade foods
Daily moderate exercise 20 to 30 mins of walking
