High BP in pregnancy
I am 32 weeks pregnant and my BP is 130/100. I am prescribed Labetalol HCl tablets.I don't have any swelling in feet or hands. Doctor said my baby's growth is not upto the mark without any ultrasound scan. I am worried. Is my BP too high to be worried? My previous scan at 29 weeks shown 1352 gms fetal weight. Should i worry about baby growth?

Hi ...you have mild hypertension which can be controlled with medication which you are taking. Although increased BP can affect the growth of the baby, the best way to find out is an ultrasound. Thanks Dr Deepti Gupta
