  4. High bp and uric acid and fever. Needed?

High bp and uric acid and fever
High bp and uric acid and fever, i had ultrasound done, found one kidney size is smaller. Sometime get burning sensation in urin. Fever from quite some days, extreme weakness and 8.2 hemoglobin. Local doc told kidney replacement needed? I am shocked ,why in such small age 22.
