High BP and Cholestrol
I got diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholestrol one month ago. I am on medication for high blood pressure and cholestrol. My blood pressure is fluctuating every day. Sometime its within normal limits and sometimes its high. I record my blood pressure readings at home everyday and from past few days its coming high inspite of medicines and all precautios like no outside food, less salt. My all reports for cholestrol and liver function and blood pressure readings are attached below. My medication prescription is also attached. Please advise me how i can control my cholestrol and control blood pressure. I do not understand why inspite of medicine my blood pressure is mostly on high side these days. Medications: Telmed AH Telmed (40) Valros F(10) Rabelife Neuromas plus Best beta 25 I will go for my cholestrol test once again once my one month medication finishes. Please advise me what I need to do. Thanks Naveen

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Stress can also cause spoke in blood pressure. Just continue the medicines as suggested and record the readings. If you use a digital blood pressure monitor, then such variations are normal. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
