High body fat
Hello mam, I am a 18 year old male ,my weight is 70kg. Actually my body is too soft for a 18 year old male ,body is like female body and I have grown some havvy amount of fat over the chest area like man boobs or gyno whatever I don't know. I am very depressed for the matter,do I have some kind of hormonal problem? I do a little research on internet and find out that it may happens because of low testosterone and high estrogen level in body however I am not much aware of this matters. Some people suggest me to lose weight or loss body fat ,so I started some low carb diet and do some lil bit of exercise but that doesn't help me with my problem I only lose some kgs of weight that's all. please mam help me with this matter I want to make sure what kind of problem I have a before a visit. Thanks a lot :)

Hi there, Hope you are doing good :) Please visit a Dr. for the same.The condition might be gynaecomastia which is caused due to hormonal imbalance ,obesity or certain medications.You need to see a Dr. in order to correct the imbalance.Meanwhile you need to keep check on what you have been eating.Stay away from fattening,processed and refined foods.Eat small and frequent meals.Also make sure you reduce the intake of sugar.salt and oil in the diet.

Hi welcome - I can tell you that this type of problems ar seeon some boys/men.Called Gynecomastia or pseudogycomastia. ways to recuce of breasts fat are : 1> cheat exercises on regular basis. 2> dumpbell uses in Gym 3> low carbs ,less fat, more veg protein.less animal foods & junk. 4> less soya foods

Hello , take care if your self by taking low fat low sugar diet and regular exercise of at least 50 mnts daily .
Next Steps
Go for blood test fir lipid profile and hormone level and send me reports, also tell me about stress level and sleep pattern to find out the reason

You are doing it right. Low carb, high protein diet is the way to go, that way you will be able to lose a lot of body fat, but as far a chest fat is concerned, u shud start doing heavy weight training 5 days a week, solid compound exercises like squats, bench press, military press, deadlift etc. soon you will be able to see a lot of difference in chest and overall body fat
