Consult personally for medication.
Other than that you need to avoid red meat and alcohol and fatty food as they can flare the deposition of uric acid and cause pain.
Also avoid food with high sugar content .
Next Steps
for the pain you can take tab ultracet 100mg bd for 5 days but we need to start you on a medication for decreasing your uric acid .consult with your reports .
