High blood sugar level

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello,my father is in hospital for corona treatment from last 12 days .. had taken remdisiver dose. His don't have diebities already.but now his sugar level is getting increased daily.. today morning it was 240. Day time it was 590.. he is not taking any sweet.. hospital staff has told as they are giving antibiotics injection so sugar level wil get increase and they are also giving insulin.. please suggest how it can be normal.

If he is in the hospital and is being treated with insulin, let the treating doctor decide insulin doses to control sugar.
