High blood sugar
I take 1gram metformin, 50 mg vildaglyptin, 0.2 mg voglibose and 2tabs of BGR 34 all twice a day. My blood sugar levels were fairly controlled at 100 fasting and 120 PP till recently. I am diabetic since 2004. I do not exercise. I have alcohol daily. My diet is controlled. Of late my blood sugar levels have gone up to 145 fasting and 185 PP. Help

Hba1c levels will be more helpful to judge the overall control of diabetes and decide on the furthur management. You should start exercising unless there is a compelling reason to avoid it.
