Diabetic centers prescribed insulin, but I have refused, then given VILDAGLIPTIN 50 mg & Glycomet GP 2 morning and evening and nerveup
For 3 weeks.
Kindly help me to use oral medications to reduce blood sugar

You have not mentioned your blood sugar levels hence it is difficult to advise. It will be better for you to be under the care of a local doctor for regular follow up. Don't be afraid of taking insulin since it must have been prescribed for high sugar levels. It is important to control your diabetes since it can effect every organ of your body and lead to a lot of complications later on.
