My blood pressure is 160/100, how can I reduce the blood pressure. Should I consult a doctor or exercises and dieting can improve it.

Hello you must take multiple readings and keep a diary . Consult a doctor if BP is consistently high . Family history of BP should be taken into consideration. Lower salt intake Diet and Exercise Take your Meds if doctor prescribed it . You are very young so please take caution
