High blood pressure
Last week i was hospitalize my Blood pressure gone to 240/140 by the grace of good all is good now it comes naormal , but some unusual things occur near mouth surafce and near toes and hands and when i am going ouside my gead start pain and feel not well pls tell

Are you taking medicine. Please get your BP checked. As these are symptoms of very high BP.

Irrespective of the age this reading was abnormally high and k/a Accelerated HTN. So u should investigate yourself and should not ignore it..
Next Steps
u should atleast send us ecg and regularly atleast twice a day should check ur Bp

take low salt and oil free diet and do regular aerobics
