High blood pressure
I am 19 yr old female. I initially had a blood pressure reading 150/110 .Presently it is 130/100 . My systolic pressure seems to be normal as it even goes to 120 but the diastolic is not going down that easy.My doctor has said that I have a hormonal imbalance which is why my bp has increased .I used to take hormonal therapy for my pcod which i have now stopped. Will my bp go down by lifestyle changes? I am presently taking cipla 10 two times for bp.Also i want to know is it a risk going out for 3 days without a sphygmomanometer? As i won't be able to moniter my bp for 3 days?
