High blood pressure
Hello doctor,
My self Ruchi and I am 33 year old.
Till now I didn't have any blood pressure related issue..but today I checked it at home [Dr. Morephen] and it continuously comes in range of 138-153 upper and 99-105 lower.
In April I had covid after that I felt few issues in my body like severe hairfall, weakness, tiredness, sometimes headache. Also when no one wants fan in my home that time also I felt suffocated and want cool air...
Please suggest what to do...I am totally unaware what is happening with my body..

Family history if hypertension
Post covid BP can rise but it depends on the history, if you require treatment or lifestyle modifications
