High Blood pressure
Dear doctors I am 26 y/o male. I am having blood pressure readings in the range of 135/75 - 149/98 since last few months. I regularly go to gym . i eat healthy food. I quit smoking 2 years back. I drink alcohol . I regularly do exercise and eat healthy food. Height 171 cm Weight 72 Kg I am scared of having heart attack or stroke everyday. What should I do..I tried everything from losing weight to completely quitting fast food . Will i have a very short life now? How many years are expected now Yesterday BP - 147/95 Today 145/95 149/98

Get your Bp check by local doctor twice daily for 3 days if it is high Then they will give U medication Not to worry U will have long life Try meditation

First of all, calm down, no need to worry, it can be manageable.. First of all, visit the nearest hospital and get measure your BP by a doctor.and follow the treatment protocol...Electronic machines sometimes give error..

Hello..sir there are many hypertensive patients who live really long..so stay positive..continue with healthy lifestyle..where did you check the bp..are there any other symptoms do u get breathless..? Is any drug for hypertension started.kindly opt for complete consultation.

No, having BP doesn't mean reduce lifespan. It just needs correction, regular monitoring and yu should relax.
