High Blood pressure
Dear doctors I am 26 y/o male .. BMI 23.9 I regularly go to gym.. Follow a good Diet.. Less carbs.. More salads..Fruits etc. But my BP readings are 136/76... 136/86... 140/90...127/72...129/76 Fasting sugar is 97. What is the reason for my high Blood pressure and what should I do I am worried please help

Hi dear your blood pressure is quite normal just one reading is 140/90 so there is nothing much to be done However if u are having any complaints like headache , chest pain or palpitations please consult so we can discuss it in detail Take care
