I had consulted you in the month of July for anal fissures. After examining, you told me that I have skin tags, fissure but no internal hemorrhoids. You had told me surgery is not required. You had prescribed diltiagesic 2% ointment twice a day. It was fine initially but now it is causing pain, burning and dry flaky skin around my anus. Plz advise.
