HEPATOMEGALY
I HAD VERY SEVERE CHEST PAIN SOMETIMES AT A INTERVAL OF 2 WEEKS AND SOMETIMES A MONTH. I HAD UNDERGONE A WEIGHT LOSS OF ALMOST 7KGS OVER 3-4 MONTH. I WAS SUFFERING FROM ABDOMINAL PAIN FROM 2 MONTH. THEN DOCTOR ADVISED TO DO USG AND XRAY WAS NORMAL BUT USG WAD SHOWING HEPATOMEGALY AND ENLARGED PARAORTIC AND MESENTRIC LYMPHADENITIS.THEN 2ND TIME DOCTOR ADVISED ME AGAIN AFTER 1 MONTHTO CHECK WHETHER REPORTS ARE NORMALOR NOT BUT USG WAS AGAIN SHOWING HEPATOMEGALY. MY BLOOD SUGAR,HBSAG,T3,T4,TSH,ESR,GENE EXPERT PLUS TEST WAS NORMAL. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO ALSO I AM UNABLE TO GAIN WEIGHT EVEN AFTER HIGH PROTEIN DIET,AND VARIOUS MEDICINES

You need to undergo further investigations which will include CT abdomen and endoscopies.
Please consult local gastrenterologist.
In view of enlarged abdominal lymph nodes tuberculosis and lymphoma are possibilities
Will also advice HIV testing, liver function test
