Help so many things wrong with my eye
I assume I have MGD since my eye cannot produce the special oil to keep my eye moist, I also have a scratched cornea due to this and I also have dry eyes are all of these things normal and curable? please help I'm scared it could be permanent. But I'm taking Ocuflox for the cornea , is there any way I can stimulate my glands so oil can come out or would just have to let time do it's thing? Please help I'm scared. I'm going to my eye doctor on Friday to see what is going on. Any advice is much appreciated.

If you are fond of taking drugs or excessive use of mobile then till you will not modify your habbit,Your problem  May persist .otherwise this is not a big issue and is treatable. Please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids and avoid exposure to bright light and ex cessive near work
Next Steps
follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and don't sit facing towards acorn blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and also do cold compresses with ice.

Hello A. Please don't panic B. MGD is a treatable condition...you need to maintain lid hygiene and that will help you
