I am currently undergoing treatment for F-32 (Depressive Disorder) with Bupropion XL 150mg (1-0-1) and Escitalopram 10mg (1/2 at night, tapering withdrawal).
I have occasionally used Modafinil/Armodafinil OTC for study-related focus, but the effects were inconsistent—sometimes helpful, but often causing eye fatigue, head pressure, and discomfort. While they are wakefulness-promoting agents, they do not provide the stimulant-like cognitive clarity I want/prefer for long-duration focus.
I am seeking a more effective alternative, specifically Methylphenidate (Inspiral tablets), as I believe it may work better for my cognitive needs. I do not require long-term ADHD management but need it for situational academic performance enhancement.
If you see this request as reasonable, I would appreciate your guidance. I am open to any necessary procedures or assessments before prescribing. I have no history of misuse and approach this request with full respect for medical ethics.
