I got pimples on my butts..im fair..but near my butts area skin is black colour. I want get clear soft skin near my butts area. could you please suggest any cream for this.

It may be folliculitis over buttock area..Apply T.bact ointment twice daily for 2 or 3 weeks. These areas are usually darker in most of the people. After the boils subside you may apply any mild skin lightening cream.
