Hello, there is hole in a tooth.
One of my teeth have been causing slight pain and tingling feeling for some time. I just noticed there is a hole in the tooth.

This is due to decay of tooth. Please get it checked and filled if it's not so deep. If you prolong it may get infected and treatment may be more extensive.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is infection to root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

Hi,Please get a x ray done to evaluate the depth of cavity & accordingly a normal filling or root canal will be required.
