Height issue
I am 20 yrs old and my dream is to join indian army,but because of my less height i am not eligble to apply.I had previously used some homeopathic medicines which can help me to increase my height but they were not helpful.
Please tell me that is there is any chance in increase of my height,and if yes,then what are the ways?

At this age the chances of increasing height is low but u should take balanced diet and some stretching exercises.
Avoid stress and stay active and be physical.

At age 20years there isn't much that can be done. I understand your wish but medicines won't help you gain height at this age. Proper exercise which aids posture correction may help a bit with the measurement.
