I don't think there is need of HGH injection. Some side affects may accompany after growth hormone administration...... It was observed in every case that the maximum increase of height of girls is 12 to 15 or at 16 years of age. After this age growth will be discontinued. This discontinuation starts at the end of puberty. Hormones and nutrients play a vital role in the growth of woman. At the age of 15 or 16 hormones and nutrients used for growth reaches its permissible limit. For some it may extend upto 21 years of age or more...... Your genetics may play very important role in our physical body development. You inherit your parents looks, features, character, etc..... Your daily lifestyle affects your growth. A stressful lifestyle may stop your height growth..... Your food habits also influence your growth .Eating junk and unhealthy food does not allow your height to grow to it's maximum level...... But there are various other factors that influence growth and a person can still grow a few inches taller even after puberty by following a healthy lifestyle and incorporating healthy foods and stretching exercises in their daily routine. Eating fruits and vegetables to lose weight is well known, but fruits and vegetables can also help in increasing height...... There are alternatives for improving the height if your growth plates of your long bones are not fused yet. I suggest that you consult an orthopedic, as he will confirm if your growth plates are fused or not.......
Next Steps
1. Do Stretching exercises and Yoga regularly....... Yoga poses such as: Bhujangasana (cobra pose)..... Hasta - padasana (hand to feet forward bend pose)....... Sarvangasana (shoulder pose)....... Adho-mukhasuasana (downward dog pose)...... Trikonasana ( triangle pose)...... Some stretching exercises such as: Standing Toe Touch: Stand straight with your feet placed hip width apart. Bend headfirst and touch the floor with your palms or fingers. Hold fir 5 seconds atleast, repeat 15-20 times...... Seated Toe Touch: Be seated on the floor with your back straight, legs stretched in front and toes joined. Bend headfirst from the waist and stretch your arms forward to touch the toes of your feet. Hold this posture for 5 seconds and return to the starting posture. Repeat this stretch 15 to 20 times...... 2. Try doing pull ups and hanging.... 3. Do Swimming and Cycling...... 4. Eat lots of Protien rich food, if possible take a protien supplement with multivitamins..... 5.Avoid Stress..... 6.Avoid Junk foods..... 7. Stand/sit reaching exercises (stretching your body while sitting and standing by trying to reach your hands to a distance towards the sides. You can use both hand together overhead and extends it back wards and sidewards, hold for few seconds when you get a good feel of stretch, repeat exercises in various directions)......... 8. Eating a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry and dairy products can supply all the essential nutrients like calcium, potassium, zinc, manganese, vitamin C, phosphorus and proteins which are necessary for stimulating growth and increase in height. Calcium is essential for growth and maintenance of healthy and strong bones whereas vitamin D is vital for absorption of calcium into the body from various foods. Therefore, it is suggested to drink at least 2 glasses of milk daily and include other dairy products in your daily diet... Eggs are a cheap and easily available source of high-quality protein that is essential for optimum growth. Eggs are a powerful source of vitamin D, calcium, and Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin, all of which helps in developing strong bones and a healthy body.If you dont want to load up on the fats then you can simply eat the white albumin, which is 100% protein. It is recommended to consume 3 to 6 egg whites on a daily basis.... A person trying to increase height must consume at least 50 grams of chicken every day in order to load up on high-quality proteins..... One should try to consume 50 to 55 grams of soybean every day...... Being a rich source of minerals like potassium, manganese and calcium and healthy probiotic bacteria, bananas help in boosting height in various ways.... Nuts and seeds not only make mouth-watering snacks; they also help in increasing height effectively. Nuts like peanuts, almonds and seeds like pumpkin seeds, flax seeds contain essential minerals for the body, healthy fats and amino acids which help in repairing the body tissues and promote the building of new tissues......
