I have very less body mass index, want to increase weight,
i have no health issues, no
diabetes , no
thyroid , no infection (Tb etc.) in body, not fallen sick since long except fever once in 2 years, i eat (Healthy) at regular intervals (no junk Food), i am a vegetarian,
i am unable to take high protein foods such as peanuts, Too oily food as i get constipated easily,
