Heel swelling
Heel swelling from last 3 months on right foot . Orthopedic doctor ruled out with plantar fascitis and tarsal tunnel syndrome with vitamin deficiency being problem.Prescribed medicine s such as tab uprise D360 tab becasoule and tab citramaovit.But till date no relief.I want to know what is the reason for continuous swelling even after 3 months.

If it is plantar fasciitis it will take 1to 2 years time to heal without medicines. Use special footwear with 1 cm heel rise with sponge cushion. . treatment varies from physiotherapy,tablets to injections.
