Hello there...I can understand your concern. Severe pain in the leg could be anything from peripheral neuropathy, venous insufficiency, arterial insufficiency, tendons inflammation, muscle spasms due to abnormal posture. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations. So kindly consult a orthopedic for further evaluation.
