I have been having pain in my heel muscle while standing and walking. Not sure if it's a bone problem or muscle as it only hurts if I walk on some stone or hard rock.

From ur question it seems to be like heel pain due to muscle or bone which can be ruled out by Xray. In Xray bone changes will be seen called as calcaneal spur which can be treated by physio, if Xray show normal bones views it can be muscle injury called plantar fasciitis this can also be treated by physio
