Heel and leg pain
Every morning when I wake up then my heel pains a lot for some time, and if I run for few minutes then my bones near calf pains.

Hi, this is a very common problem. You need to get evaluated by a Physiotherapist. Following correct posture advice and exercises, will bring you much relief to your pain. I am specialised in Spine and Joint pains. All the best :)
