I wonder, how do you decide that you ovulated and because of that you have leg pain. Are you doing USG monitored follicular study for planned pregnancy? I think you need to consult a pain management specialist to rule out any lumbar sympathetic issue that is causing so severe pain in legs after sexual activity during the ovulation period. I will like to consult online for further discussion and solution.
