I am having heavy hairfall for the past couple of months after I shifted to Chennai. It has become very bad recently. I also have vitamin D deficiency. Can you suggest some multivitamins or food or other things I could eat to prevent hair loss. Any precautions or other measures?

For preventing hair loss apply oil weekly two times & after that do shampoo..
Take protein rich diet. Add plenty of water.
Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
Apply aloevera gel for massage keep 15min.
