Heavy hairfall after coming to bangalore.. More during hair wash. Very dry also. Hair fall from roots. Hair thinning. Dense becomes very less.

Reduce any sort of stress, hard water is the reason in blore so can't avoid it. But control the hairfall by using aloevera amla juice regularly. Avoid too much salted foods.
Check for vitd3 and thyroid level.
Egg whites use weekly once on hair
take flax seeds green tea and omega 3 regularly as supplement.
