My hair was very thick, and due to high BMI (75kg for a height of 163cm) and some sudden pre diabetic condition, I started running daily for 1.5 to 2km. Then hair started falling very heavily. Now it's very thin, and still hair fall continues to happen whenever I do exercise. As a remedy, I started taking Vit
B12 with biotin, Vit D, cod
liver oil capsules. But nothing changed. Please suggest what I can do to stop hair fall during exercise, as it's now reaching very alarmingly thin when compared to the original situation just a month ago.
