Heavy constiapation problem
I have to go to the bathroom twice in the morning .1st time normal 2nd time after eating breakfast.This problem remains 365 days ..and this constipation problem is last from 5 yrs.Gas problem is also there ....sometimes i go 3-4 times a day ....i have taken treatment from many doctors but condition remains the same after 4-5 days of there treatment

This looks like functional bowel disrder. Anyhow you need investigation before suggesting any remedy. Consult a gastroenterologist nearby.
