Heavy breast pain during pregnancy

My wife is 5th week of pregnant, she have both breast fibroadenoma since last 1 year, also PCOS, she has feeling mid-heavy both breast pain after taking Micronized progesterone medicine. How relief pain ?

Breast fullness is normal in pregnancy
Ask your doctor if she can use vaginal progesterone pessary in place of oral
Pessary will reduce this side effect
She can use tight brazier and put warm water on breast

Hi. In preg most of the pain killers are avoided . Only tab crocin 500 after food can be taken .
