Heaviness in chest
Hello,
I feel heaviness and light pain in my chest, along with slight efforts in breathing. my left had some stress along with pain in wrist and shoulder joints. my BP is 110/70 and pulse is 88, i feel tired and sleepy all the times.
i have too much acne eruption on my face and getting my complexion darker every day.

Hello heaviness and light pain in the chest may be due to severe gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease....have food on time avoid spicy foods drink plenty of water...have dinner atleast 2 to 3 hrs prior to sleep....all your vital parameters are stable....for tiredness get your haemoglobin checked to rule out anemia and for acne and other skin related issues consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
