With d minimal information u ve provided it seems to be migraine headache. Don't worry about d voices. Just d fact dat u kNo dese voices r not real says dat u ego boundaries r intact. Sometimes wen der is intense pain our senses get clouded n our own thoughts r sensed as voices. Consult a neurologist n get evaluated for your headache.
