Heat sensation in feet

I have heat sensation in right side of my leg towards my feet, it's like burning sensation but when I touch my feet it's not hot at all just the feeling that something is burning inside.please could someone advise what's wrong.

Just lie down in the bed facing the roof. Move the right foot towards you. With out bending the right knee raise the hip as much as possible. If symptoms aggregated your sciatic nerve may be compressed. Contact a physiotherapist near by you.
