You get Hot water Rubber bag easily in the market. Just pour hot water in it. Secondly, you can also dip large Turkish towels in hot water, squeeze out extra water and apply it on the affected area. But that you may have to do it in the bathroom itself as it will create a mess. Usage of iron machine is a big NO. Pouring hot water will not give u that much effect as the water is rinsed off immediately and doesn't stay in the affected area.
Next Steps
If you have severe pain, consult an orthopaedic or a physiotherapist nearby, get assessed and take a good treatment.
Health Tips
Mild stretching exercises of neck, shoulder and back can help you relief pain. Avoid taking large or very small pillows. Change of pillow is advisable ( Use cervical pillow).
